A personal content library that learns what to keep
KeepNest is a Chrome extension that automatically saves useful supported content based on your interests and keeps it in a local personal library for later retrieval. X is the first supported collection platform. Other collection sources are planned, not available today.
You confirm a saving profile, browse normally, and review what the system saves. The profile explains what to prioritize and ignore, rather than hiding the decision behind a list of keywords.
How does KeepNest work?
Describe your interests or choose to learn from complete posts loaded on X History. Review the inferred topics and editable saving rule. With automatic saving enabled, complete visible X posts are screened, matching content is saved, and each category’s instructions guide organization.
AI screening and organization send the relevant content to KeepNest’s service and its providers. Local storage does not mean all processing happens on your device. The privacy policy explains these transfers.
Does it replace browser bookmarks?
It can complement manual bookmarking for supported content. Browser bookmarks remain a simple way to save any page address. KeepNest focuses on choosing relevant X content, retaining its text, and organizing material you want to reuse. It does not modify or import Chrome bookmarks.
What is included in Free and Pro?
Free includes an unlimited local library, 3,000 AI screenings and 20 AI-organized items per month, and a 20-item review queue. Pro removes the monthly AI limits and expands the queue to 100 items. Reasonable service rate controls still apply.
Pro is a digital subscription billed in US dollars: $4.99 monthly or $49 yearly. It renews automatically unless canceled. Cancel before the next billing date; access remains through the current paid period. Taxes required by law may apply at checkout.
Where does my library live?
Saved content, categories, rules, and notes live in Chrome extension storage. Signing out or a failed upgrade does not remove your local library. Export a backup before clearing browser data or moving to another installation.
Obsidian synchronization is optional and user-triggered. It writes Markdown to a folder you authorize; images remain original-host references. It is not a two-way vault merge or offline image archive. Contact [email protected] for support.
